I'd been reading the instructions from the site above, and other sites, they all say, use Safari to browse to http://glassicstyle.com/iphone/ to install the iLanguage (aka Language Chooser). But I always get the error, "Safari can't open this file". Then, out of curiosity and desperation, I enter the URL in the installer's sources, and, voila! I can now install the iLanguage on my phone.
And yes, I can now display Vietnamese on my phone, too.
